United Methodist Men's meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., for a time of good food (prepared by our own Chef David), fellowship, discipleship, and service. Please contact Tom Adams at 828-200-6098 or 743-5119 with questions.

Make Sunday mornings a part of your weekly routine. Whether it is fellowship at Coffee in the Commons beginning at 9:30, or attending Sunday School, there is something for everyone.
The Truth Seekers Class discussions through March is "Faith in Action" using scriptures from both Old and New Testaments. Our faithful activity showers others with love that flows from our faith. "...faith is dead when it doesn't result in faithful activity." James 2:17. This adult class is for singles and couples and meets in the Yellow Room of the Education Wing at 9:45.

The Cashiers Community Chorus meets seasonally to prepare for various performances - Lenten Cantata, summer concert, and a Christmas cantata. This group meets on Thursdays at 6:00 starting about six weeks prior to the performance. There are no auditions - a joy in singing is the only requirement. Betty Morris, Director of Music at CUMC directs the chorus and Bryan Heller, pianist for CUMC, accompanies. Contact Betty Morris at BLMorris1201@gmail.com or 743-5298 for more information. Currently we are rehearsing for the Lenten Cantata, "Come to the Cross and Remember" which will be performed on Sunday, March 25th at 3:00 p.m.
Walk to Emmaus is a weekend of spiritual growth and renewal. Many members of this congregation have participated and their lives have been enriched and strengthened because of this weekend.
